Hi everyone. This is Ryan Cote from Ballantine Corporation. Today’s video is about a new website we just launched. It’s basically an e-catalog of all the products, all the premium items that we have to offer. We’ve been offering promotional items for a couple of years now, but this is the first time we’ve had a website that brings all the products that we have into one central location.

Now you can’t order off this site. It’s strictly for brainstorming purposes when you’re researching the type of products that you want. And if you have any questions, or you want to place an order you just reach out to us.

So the website is BallantinePromos.com. BallantinePromos.com. OK. And there’s a few different ways to search for products. It’s very simple.

So the first way is on the home page you can look at all the product collections that we have to offer, if I click on that link right there. OK? And you can see all the different product collections. From holiday party, to school fund raising, trade shows.

So let’s click on just trade shows. And these are all the products in a category that says good handouts for a trade show, for a conference. Branded cellphone case, the bags, which are very common. Pens, of course. OK? So that’s one way.

The other way is you can go up to Product Search, and just look at these two things, top searches, and top categories. Probably, the easiest way to do it, though, is just to use the search box.

So let’s say you’re searching for lapel pins. OK? And you got all these different options. Now the downside is that there’s so many options. OK?

We have thousands of products. So for most types of products we’ll have many, many different variations to offer you. So the great about this site is that there’s a really powerful filtering tool on the left-hand side. So when you do a search, on the left-hand side will be a filtering box here, a column. So let’s filter this out.

So let’s make sure we’re in the lapel pin category. Let’s say you want to spend between one and $2, click on that. We want to stay within the USA, so made in the USA. So now we’re slowly filtering down. We’re down to 106 now. OK? See right here? 106. Using all these search filters.

And then let’s make sure that we can create a virtual sample, and I’ll show you what that means in a second. So now we’re down to 13, much more manageable, OK? So let’s just choose one of these. So this pin meets all your requirements. Made in the USA– you can create a virtual sample.

And what that means is right here, if you click on the virtual sample link you can actually upload your logo to see what it would look like on the pin. OK?

So to make it easy, let’s just text. You can do text as well. So I’ll just do Ballantine, hit apply. There we go. I mean it’s nothing too– I mean, it would look much better with a logo, but you get the idea. You can see what your product would look like before ordering it. OK?

So that’s a pretty cool feature. And you can filter out to only show the products that have that feature. And then the actual product page just gives you everything you need. Pricing, this is the pricing that you pay. OK? Product detail, different sizes, and different shapes.

Imprint information, and then just general shipping and whatnot. So this website is basically a really great researching tool. You have an idea of the kind of products you want. Maybe you don’t know specifically what you want, but you just go over to the product collection. Say you know you want to do a high-end gift for big donors or whatever. We even have a high-end gifts category collection. OK?

And while we have thousands of products, if you don’t see what you’re looking for specifically, before you look elsewhere, just ask us. Because there’s a good chance we can get it.
