When our clients want to
do high-volume direct mail campaigns, we provide them with traditional
services such as offset or web printing. But what about the short-run
mailings that are typically too cost-prohibitive with traditional
printing?
For these type of projects, we offer our clients digital
printing services. The machines used for these campaigns are like
glorified
copier machines...glorified because they are bigger, offer better
quality, they can handle more and they can do more.
Digital printing is a large umbrella for a variety of smaller,
specialized services.
In addition to the most basic form of digital printing -- which
is basically just producing a short-run mailing on a digital press

Web-to-Print
Portal
We can set up a web-based portal for you where you can login and
send out a mailing in no time at all. This type of printing technology
is perfect for companies that have many users that need to access
corporate-approved marketing materials for print orders or mailings.
Good examples include:
- restaurant chains
- franchises
- financial
and insurance companies
- companies with nationwide sales rep
...the
list goes
on and on.
In a nutshell, corporate would give us approved direct mail artwork...we
then upload it into your portal and program the artwork so users
can personalize it with their information.
When users login, they choose which mailer they want to send out,
personalize it with their information, upload a list or select
a list and finish up by paying with a credit card.

Variable
Printing
We can produce digitally printed mail pieces for you that are
unique to each individual with relevant images and copy...if you're
sending
out
25,000
jumbo postcards, all 25,000 could be different!
As a very basic example: Say
you slice your mail file into females and males. With variable
printing, the males could get a
direct mail piece that shows a male using your product or service;
and
the females could get one showing a female using your product
or service.
It's an effective way to make your direct mail more relevant
to each individual on your mail file.

Personal URLs Personal URLs are domain names containing the recipient's first
and last name: FirstnameLastname.DOMAIN.com
It takes the person to a personalized landing page where you can:
- Swap out images and blocks of copy on the fly
- Include a survey to gather important data
- Pre-populate an order form with the person's details to help
increase your conversion rate
- Track everything to the individual with real-time results
You can include a personal url on either a variable printed
mail piece for maximum personalization, or on a regular mail
piece
to
help boost response. It's a good way to blend together direct mail
and digital marketing.
