When you have Ballantine manage the production of a direct mail campaign, the first
thing we want to know is when you want your mail delivered to your customer or
prospect. We then build a backschedule starting with those in-home dates that allows
ample time for your mail to travel through the postal system.
We create a realistic schedule that incorporates the data we have
accumulated over the years based upon regional distribution, busy
or slow times of the year, flat vs. letter, and any other
factor that could impact timely in-home delivery.
We monitor
the movement of your mail through the postal system and alert
you immediately if we notice any unexpected delays. While we can't
guarantee the performance of the post office, we certainly do everything
possible to ensure that your mail has been produced and presented
properly. At Ballantine, your in-home date is sacred to us. |
