7) If I use Ballantine for complete print management, who
     is responsible for signing off on proofs?

Signing off on all proofs is the responsibility of our clients, however we do play an active role in this process. We will notify you in advance, online, when you will be getting proofs and when we need them back.

We also receive a set in our office. We will be another pair of eyes for you and will make sure that all the components fit properly and meet postal specs. We will meet with you personally to review proofs if needed. We want your job to come out right and do everything we can to guarantee it.
