Mutual fund investing involves risk. Principal loss is possible.
Foreign investments by the underlying funds involve risks, including changing
currency values, different political and regulatory environments and other
overall economic factors in those countries. The underlying funds will also be
subject to interest rate, credit and high-yield risks. Underlying funds that are
non-diversified will invest a larger percentage of their assets in individual
companies than a diversified fund. This will result in greater volatility of a
fund’s share price than a diversified fund. Derivatives will increase the
velocity of potential losses and the underlying holdings will lose more than the
original amount invested in the derivative. Furthermore, derivatives involve
risk that other parties will fail to meet obligations, causing losses. The FUNDX
Conservative Upgrader Fund may hold underlying funds that invest in smaller
companies, and this will involve additional risks such as limited liquidity and
greater volatility.
Please consult your investment professional regarding your particular
investment situation. The FUNDX Upgrader Funds are distributed by Quasar
Distributors, LLC.
For each fund with at least a three–year history, Morningstar
calculates a Morningstar Rating (based on a Morningstar Risk-Adjusted Return
measure that accounts for variation in a fund’s monthly performance, including
the effects of sales charges, loads, and redemption fees), placing more emphasis
on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. The top 10% of
funds in each category receive 5 stars, the next 22.5% receive 4 stars, the next
35% receive 3 stars, the next 22.5% receive 2 stars and the bottom 10% receive 2
star. (Each share class is counted as a fraction of one fund within this scale
and rated separately, which may cause slight variations in the distribution
percentages.) The FundX Conservative Upgrader Fund was rated against the
following numbers of U.S. domiciled World Stock Funds over the following time
periods: 536 funds in the last three years, and 440 funds in the last five
years. With respect to these World Stock Funds, the FundX Conservative Upgrader
Fund received a Morningstar Rating of 5 stars for the three-year, and 5 stars
for the five-year period. Past performance is not a guarantee of future
results.
